Easy Homemade Apple Fritters 1 cup all purpose flour 1/4 cup sugar 3/4 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/3 cup milk 1 egg 1 cup chopped apple Glaze: •2 cups powdered sugar •1 1/2 tablespoons milk Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, cinnamon. Stir in milk and egg until just combined. Fold in apple. Pour oil into skillet so that it is approximately 1 1/2 deep. Heat oil on high. Oil is ready when a little dough thrown in floats to top. Carefully add dough to oil in heaping teaspoons. Cook until brown, about 2 minutes, then flip. Cook another 1-2 minutes, until both sides are browned. Transfer briefly to paper towels to absorb excess oil, then transfer to cooling rack. Make glaze by stirring milk and powdered sugar together in a small bowl. Drizzle over apple fritters. Wait approximately 3 minutes for glaze to harden, then flip fritters and drizzle glaze over the other side. Best served warm.

Southern Pecan Butterballs One of my all-time favorite recipes! Ingredients: 1 c butter, room temperature 1/2 c sifted powdered (confectioner’s) sugar 2 tsp pure vanilla extract 2 1/4 c all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp salt 3/4 c finely chopped toasted nuts* powered (confectioner’s) sugar * HOW TO TOAST NUTS – SPREAD NUTS IN A SINGLE LAYER ON A BAKING PAN (ONE WITH WALLS IS BEST) FOR TOASTING IN THE OVEN. COOK AT 400 DEGREES F FOR 7 TO 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE NUTS START TO TURN GOLDEN. SHAKE THE PAN HALFWAY THROUGH TOASTING. Directions: 1. In a large bowl, cream butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Sift in flour and salt; stir until well mixed. Mix in nuts. Refrigerate 1 hour. 2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 3. Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Place onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set but not brown. Remove from oven and cool slightly on wire cooling racks. While cookies are baking, place the powdered sugar in a shallow dish. 4. While still warm, roll cookies in powdered sugar. Chocolate Chip Oreo Cheesecake Ingredients one package Oreo cookies (about 18 cookies) 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter thres large eggs tow teaspoons vanilla extract one teaspoon flour one cup mini chocolate chips thres (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened one (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk Instructions PRE-STEP: Preheat oven to 300F degrees. Line a 9 x 9 inch baking pan with aluminum foil, leaving enough overhang on the sides. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside. STEP 1: Using a food processor, pulse Oreo cookies and butter together until crumbly. STEP 2: Press cookie crumbs onto bottom of prepared pan. Set aside. STEP 3: Using an electric or stand mixer, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. STEP 4: Add condensed milk and beat until smooth. STEP 5: Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well. STEP 6: In a small bowl, coat 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips in the flour. Mix coated mini chocolate chips into cream cheese mixture. STEP 7: Pour cream cheese mixture into baking pan. I love this delicious no-bake, easy to make, dessert! It combines my favorite cookie dough and ice cream in an Oreo crust! Ingredients: 1/4 cup butter, softened 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar 1 tablespoon milk 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips 1 6-ounce Oreo pie crust 3 cups softened mint chocolate chip ice cream 1/2 cup hot fudge ice cream topping Directions: 1. Mix butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until creamy; add milk and vanilla and mix until well blended. 2. Gradually mix in flour and salt; stir in mini chocolate chips. 3. Spread chocolate chip cookie dough evenly in the bottom of the Oreo crust. 4. Place heaping spoonfuls of ice cream on top of cookie dough. Lightly press and smooth top with back of spoon. 5. Freeze pie 2 hours or until firm. 6. Set pie out at room temperature for 10 minutes to soften and cut into 8 wedges. 7. Garnish with warmed hot fudge ice cream topping.

  Nothing tastes better than hot homemade apple dumplings! This recipe comes out perfect every time! Ingredients: 2 Granny Smith apples 1 cup water 1 cup sugar divided 1 stick butter 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract 8 canned biscuits (I use Pillsbury buttermilk) 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Peel, core and slice apples vertically into 8 slices each. Cover with cold water to keep them from getting brown while you prepare the rest of the recipe. 2. In a medium saucepan, mix the water, 3/4 cup of the sugar, butter and vanilla over heat and bring mixture to a boil. 3. Separate each biscuit in half. Wrap biscuit dough layer around a slice of apple, stretching it to slightly overlap and seal the bottom. 4. Place the wrapped slices sealed side down in a 9 X 13 baking pan. Pour the hot sugar mixture over the apple slices. 5. Mix the remaining 1/4 cup sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over the tops of the wrapped apples. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream!

  Pumpkin Cheesecake Balls 10 oz Bag of (limited edition) Wilton Pumpkin Spice Candy Melts 17 oz Cheesecake (I used Sara Lee Cheesecake Original Cream Classic) Instructions Take spoonfuls of cheesecake and roll them into balls Place them on parchment paper lined baking sheet Place in freezer for 30-60 minutes While the balls are in the freezer, melt the candy melts Dip each ball in the melted candy with a fork and let the excess candy drip off Place the balls back on parchment paper After dipping each ball in the candy, enjoy immediately or place back in the freezer (If the cheesecake balls get too soft while you are dipping the others, place them back in the freezer until they are firm)

  CRAZY CHOCOLATE CAKE Ingredients: 3 c all-purpose flour 2 c white sugar 1 tsp salt 2 teaspoons baking soda 1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder 3/4 c vegetable oil 2 TBSP distilled white vinegar 2 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups cold water Directions: Sift all dry items into a 9 x 13 un-greased cake pan. Make three wells. Pour each wet into one well. Pour cold water over top and stir with fork. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes, or until tooth pick inserted comes out clean. Frost with your favorite icing.

  Double Stacked Carmel Cinnamon Roll Cake 2 cans (17.5 oz each) refrigerated caramel rolls 4 oz (half of 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened 2 tablespoons butter, softened 1 tablespoon milk 2 1/2 to 3 cups powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup chopped pecans, if desired Caramel topping (from a jar), if desired Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 2 (8-inch) round cake pans with cooking spray. Separate dough into 10 rolls; set caramel topping aside. Place 5 rolls in each pan; press down slightly on rolls to fill most of pan. Bake 23 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then remove and place on cooling racks. Cool completely. In large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and fluffy. Add milk, powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat on low speed until frosting is blended and smooth.

Grease and flour 2 (8 inch) pans. Combine butter and brown sugar, divide and spread evenly between the 2 pans. Sprinkle pecans evenly over both brown sugar mixtures, arrange banana slices evenly over each. Prepare cake mix according to package instructions. Divide batter into the 2 pans. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Carmel Apple Pie Cookie Bars

    Three Ingredient Carmel Apple Pie Cookie Bars 1 package ready to bake refrigerated oatmeal raisin cookies 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling 6 to 10 caramels or 2 to 3 tablespoons caramel sauce Heat oven to 350°F. Line 8-inch square pan with cooking parchment paper. Press 9 cookies evenly in bottom of pan to create crust. Top with pie filling. Crumble remaining 3 cookies over pie filling. Bake 45 minutes or until edges are bubbly. Remove from oven to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. To make caramel drizzle, microwave caramels in microwavable bowl on High about 1 minute or until melted. OR warm carmel sauce until able to pour. Drizzle over cooled bars.

  Fruit Pizza What you will need: 1 (18 ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries 1/2 cup white sugar 1 pinch salt 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1/2 cup orange juice 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/4 cup water 1/2 teaspoon orange zest Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Slice cookie dough and arrange on greased pizza pan, overlapping edges. Press dough flat into pan. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Allow to cool. In a large bowl, soften cream cheese, then fold in the whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. You can chill for a while at this point, or continue by arranging the fruit. Begin with strawberries, sliced in half. Arrange in a circle around the outside edge. Continue with fruit of your choice, working towards the middle. If bananas are used, dip them in lemon juice so they don’t darken. Then make a sauce to spoon over fruit. In a saucepan, combine sugar, salt, corn starch, orange juice, lemon juice and water.   Candy Corn Cake Ingredients 1 box white cake mix 1 box chocolate cake mix 3 containers white frosting (or three cups) 1 container chocolate frosting (or 1 cup) Optional: Orange extract Instructions Bake chocolate cake in 8in round cake pan. One cake will be used, so you can wrap the other 8in round cake and place in freezer. For the white and orange layers, simple prepare white cake batter as you normally would. Divide batter in half and tint one half orange. (Add orange extract if you wish) Bake white cake batter in 8in cake pan and bake orange cake batter in 8in cake pan. For frosting, take one container of white frosting and tint it orange. I used gel food coloring and about 4-6 drops. To assemble cake: Place chocolate cake on cake stand. Place thin layer of chocolate frosting. Place orange layer on top and cover in thin layer of orange frosting. Finally, place white cake on top and cover entire cake in crumb coat. Decorate as you wish.

        Eclair Cake What you will need: 2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed 3 cups milk 1 (16 ounce) package graham cracker squares 1 (16 ounce) package prepared chocolate frosting Directions: In a medium bowl, thoroughly blend the pudding mix, whipped topping, and milk. Arrange a single layer of graham cracker squares in the bottom of a 13×9 inch baking pan. Evenly spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers. Top with another layer of crackers and the remaining pudding mixture. Top with a final layer of graham crackers. Spread the frosting over the whole cake up to the edges of the pan. Cover, and chill at least 4 hours before serving.

Caramel Apple Streusel Cheesecake Bars Crust: 2 cups finely ground graham crackers (could use gluten free) 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 TBL granulated sugar 1 stick unsalted butter, melted Filling: 2 (8-ounce) cream cheese blocks, softened 3 eggs 1 cup granulated sugar 1 pint (16oz) sour cream 1 lemon, zested 2 tsp. vanilla extract Topping: 1 can apple pie filling 1/4 cup caramel sauce/topping Streusel Topping, recipe follows Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly coat the bottom and sides of a 9×13 with non-stick cooking spray (I also add parchment so that I can pick it up out of the pan for easier cutting). For the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients with a fork until evenly moistened (I just used my food processor). Brown Sugar Fruit Dip This dip is not too sweet, with just the right amount of tang that it really compliments the fruit, and doesn’t just mask it with sugar. The next time you have a party, whip up this dip to go with that fruit tray. You just might be a convert too! 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened 1 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/3 cup coffee liqueur 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed assorted fruits Method: Beat brown sugar and cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla, and coffee liqueur, beating until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Cover and chill 4 hours. Sprinkle top of the dip with brown sugar garnish, if desired. Serve with fruit. Strawberries, pineapple, and grapes are really good with this dip.

    Snickers Caramel Apple Dessert What you will need: 6 regular size Snickers Candy Bar 6 apples Red Delicious or Granny Smith 1 (5 oz.) package Vanilla Instant Pudding dry 1/2 cup milk 1 (12 oz.) tub cool whip 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping Directions: Whisk vanilla pudding packet, 1/2 cup milk and cool whip together until well combined. Chop up apples and Snickers. Stir chopped apples and Snickers into pudding mixture. Place in a large bowl and drizzle with caramel ice cream topping. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving
