Add in the garlic, onion, chile, lime juice, salt, and cilantro. Stir until guac is well combined. Fold in diced tomatoes. 2.Spread guacamole in the center of the flour tortilla. Place half the rice, beans, cheese, and toppings on top of the guacamole. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute the ground beef for 5 minutes. Add the onion and garlic, and saute for 5 more minutes. Drain any excess fat, if desired. Mix in the olives, green chile peppers, tomatoes with green chile peppers, taco sauce and refried beans. Stir mixture thoroughly, reduce heat to low, and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Spread a thin layer of the meat mixture in the bottom of a 4 quart casserole dish. Cover with a layer of tortillas followed by more meat mixture, then a layer of cheese. Size) Cool Whip Salted Peanuts, For Sprinkling Preparation Arrange ice cream sandwiches on the bottom of a square (8×8) pan. Drizzle half of the chocolate syrup and half of the caramel sauce over the sandwiches. Plop about 5 or 6 blobs of Cool Whip over the top and spread across, covering the sandwiches. Cover and place pan in the freezer. When ready to eat, take it out of the freezer and uncover it. Drizzle the remaining chocolate and caramel sauce over the Cool Whip and sprinkle on some peanuts. Bacon Cheese Burger Bombs!! -Canola Oil for frying -Long toothpicks or skewers -16 pieces of bacon -1 (8oz) Block of cream cheese, Cut into 16 cubes -1lb. Lean Ground beef, cooked Or 16 frozen meatballs (thawed) -1 can (16.3oz) Pillsbury Grands Flakey Layers refrigerated original or buttermilk biscuits DIRECTIONS Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit in half; press with hands into circle about 3 inches in diameter. In center of each biscuit round, place 2 tablespoons cooked ground beef (or 1 meatball) and 1 cube of cheese. Wrap dough to completely enclose beef and cheese; pinch seams to seal. For the Fried Version: Wrap each stuffed “bomb” with 1 bacon slice; gently secure loose bacon with toothpick by inserting it through bacon and halfway into “bomb.” In 3-quart heavy saucepan or deep fryer, heat oil to 350°F. Fry stuffed “bombs” 4 to 5 minutes or until dough is golden brown on all sides. Place on paper towels to cool. Repeat with remaining “bombs”. Serve warm with ketchup and mustard, if desired.
