These are DELICIOUS so share with your friends <3 You need to prepare this recipe : First the sauce: You need 1/4 cup of mayonnaise And also one tablespoon drained horseradish Two tsp of ketchup Finally you need 1/4 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning For the pickles: Peanut or vegetable oil , for frying Half cup of all-purpose flour And 1 3/4 teaspoons Cajun seasoning Then half tsp of Italian seasoning 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper And Kosher salt Finally you need two cups sliced dill pickles, drained How to make this recipe : First step to prepare this recipe is to make the sauce: so first mix the mayonnaise, horseradish, ketchup & Cajun seasoning in a bowl; Then set aside. For fry the pickles: So heat one inch peanut oil in a pot over medium-high heat till a deep-fry thermometer registers 375 F. Southern Pecan Butterballs One of my all-time favorite recipes! Ingredients: 1 c butter, room temperature 1/2 c sifted powdered (confectioner’s) sugar 2 tsp pure vanilla extract 2 1/4 c all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp salt 3/4 c finely chopped toasted nuts* powered (confectioner’s) sugar * HOW TO TOAST NUTS – SPREAD NUTS IN A SINGLE LAYER ON A BAKING PAN (ONE WITH WALLS IS BEST) FOR TOASTING IN THE OVEN. COOK AT 400 DEGREES F FOR 7 TO 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE NUTS START TO TURN GOLDEN. SHAKE THE PAN HALFWAY THROUGH TOASTING. Directions: 1. In a large bowl, cream butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Sift in flour and salt; stir until well mixed. Mix in nuts. Refrigerate 1 hour. 2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 3. Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Place onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set but not brown.   7 Layer Fiesta Dip Ingredients: 1 can (16oz) refried beans 1 container sour cream (16oz) 1 pack of taco seasoning mix 1 pack of shredded cheese (8oz) 1 cup prepared guacamole 1 cup chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup sliced green onions 1/2 cup sliced olives Tortilla chips Directions: Spread refried beans in shallow serving dish.Mix sour cream and Seasoning Mix in small bowl until well blended. Spread over refried beans.Top with layers of cheese, guacamole, tomatoes, onions and olives. Serve with tortilla chips.

        Eclair Cake What you will need: 2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed 3 cups milk 1 (16 ounce) package graham cracker squares 1 (16 ounce) package prepared chocolate frosting Directions: In a medium bowl, thoroughly blend the pudding mix, whipped topping, and milk. Arrange a single layer of graham cracker squares in the bottom of a 13×9 inch baking pan. Evenly spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers. Top with another layer of crackers and the remaining pudding mixture. Top with a final layer of graham crackers. Spread the frosting over the whole cake up to the edges of the pan. Cover, and chill at least 4 hours before serving.

Apple Pie Tacos

  Apple Pie Tacos 4 Apples peeled & sliced ½ C Sugar 2 tsp Cinnamon ½ tsp Nutmeg ½ C Water Tortilla’s (flour) 6″ size Oil (for frying tortillas) 1/2 c sugar-cinnamon mixture Whipped cream Place apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and water in a sauce pan. Stir until well blended and cover and cook on medium stirring frequently For 10 minutes or until apples are semi soft. If needed, thicken sauce using 1 Tbl of cornstarch to 3-4 Tbl of water. Mix into sauce and stir until thickened. Heat oil on medium heat in a skillet and holding the tortilla folded in half, place the bottom on tortilla in the oil for a few seconds. Then lay it on one side until browned and then place other side down until browned. Remove from oil and Sprinkle browned tortilla with sugar-cinnamon mixture. Fill taco shells with apple pie filling and top with whipped cream, and sprinkle a little more of sugar-cinnamon mixture on top.

Snickerdoodle Poppers Ingredients 1¼ cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoon baking powder ¼ tespoon salt ¼ cup milk(room temperature) ¼ cup plain yogurt (room temperature) ¼ cup granulated sugar 3 tablespoon butter (melted) vegetable oil (for frying) For coating: ⅔ cup granulated sugar 1 ½- 2 teaspoon cinnamon For filling: 1 box of instant vanilla JELLO 4oz. white chocolate Instructions Combine ⅔ cup sugar and cinnamon and set aside. In a small bowl whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. In a medium mixing bowl whisk together milk, plain yogurt, sugar and melted butter. Stir in dry ingredients and mix just until combine. In a medium pot heat about 2” vegetable oil at 350 F. Roll out about ½ tablespoonfuls dough into ball with your hands (roll it gently) Place dough ball into oil and fry until golden brown ( flip the ball when it’s golden brown to cook evenly both sides). Chocolate Eclair Cake Crust: 1 cup water 1/2 cup butter 1 cup all-purpose flour 4 large eggs Filling: 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 large box (5.1 ounces) vanilla instant pudding 3 cups milk Topping: 1 8 oz. container cool whip (just enough for a thin layer. I don’t use the whole container) or one batch of homemade whipped cream chocolate syrup or homemade chocolate sauce Instructions Instructions: Preheat oven to 400. Lightly grease a 9″X13″ glass baking pan.For the Eclair Crust: In a medium saucepan, melt butter in water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in flour. Mix in one egg at a time, mixing completely before adding another egg. Spread mixture into pan, covering the bottom and sides evenly. Mixture will be very wet. *If the sides of your pan are too greased you won’t be able to get the mixture to stay up the sides so make sure to just lightly grease.     Three Ingredient Carmel Apple Pie Cookie Bars 1 package ready to bake refrigerated oatmeal raisin cookies 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling 6 to 10 caramels or 2 to 3 tablespoons caramel sauce Heat oven to 350°F. Line 8-inch square pan with cooking parchment paper. Press 9 cookies evenly in bottom of pan to create crust. Top with pie filling. Crumble remaining 3 cookies over pie filling. Bake 45 minutes or until edges are bubbly. Remove from oven to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. To make caramel drizzle, microwave caramels in microwavable bowl on High about 1 minute or until melted. OR warm carmel sauce until able to pour. Drizzle over cooled bars.

Brown Sugar Fruit Dip This dip is not too sweet, with just the right amount of tang that it really compliments the fruit, and doesn’t just mask it with sugar. The next time you have a party, whip up this dip to go with that fruit tray. You just might be a convert too! 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened 1 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/3 cup coffee liqueur 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed assorted fruits Method: Beat brown sugar and cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla, and coffee liqueur, beating until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Cover and chill 4 hours. Sprinkle top of the dip with brown sugar garnish, if desired. Serve with fruit. Strawberries, pineapple, and grapes are really good with this dip.

  2 pounds ground beef 1 onion, chopped 2 teaspoons minced garlic 1 (2 ounce) can black olives, sliced 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chili peppers 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers 1 (16 ounce) jar taco sauce 2 (16 ounce) cans refried beans 12 (8 inch) flour tortillas 9 ounces shredded Colby cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large skillet over medium heat, saute the ground beef for 5 minutes. Add the onion and garlic, and saute for 5 more minutes. Drain any excess fat, if desired. Mix in the olives, green chile peppers, tomatoes with green chile peppers, taco sauce and refried beans. Stir mixture thoroughly, reduce heat to low, and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Spread a thin layer of the meat mixture in the bottom of a 4 quart casserole dish. Cover with a layer of tortillas followed by more meat mixture, then a layer of cheese. Repeat tortilla, meat, cheese pattern until all the tortillas are used, topping off with a layer of meat mixture and cheese.   Oreo Mini Cheesecakes What you will need: 2 (250 g) packages Cream Cheese, softened 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs 12 OREO Cookies 3 (1 ounce) squares BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping Directions: Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating on low speed after each just until blended. Place 1 cookie in bottom of each of 12 paper-lined muffin cups. Fill with batter. Bake 20 minutes or until centers are almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours. Pizza Casserole This is a very versatile recipe. You can add or omit any pizza topping ingredients to suite your taste. Ingredients: 1 (16 ounce) package uncooked rotini pasta 1 lb ground Italian sausage 1 (24 ounce) jar pasta sauce 1 (16 ounce) container cottage cheese 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained (optional) 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained 1 small-medium onion sliced 1 medium green bell pepper sliced 12 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese 2 (3 ounce) packages sliced pepperoni Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9×13 casserole dish. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Place pasta in the pot, cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente, and drain. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until evenly brown, drain grease. Mix in the cooked pasta and pasta sauce. Pour into prepared casserole dish. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, olives, mushrooms, onions, green peppers and mozzarella cheese. Spoon the cheese mixture over the sausage and pasta mixture. Top with pepperoni slices. Bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until bubbly and lightly browned.

Sweet Bacon Wrapped Tator Tots

These are exactly what their name implies… crispy baked tator tots wrapped up in yummy spicy bacon! You have never tasted anything so divine! Mix brown sugar and chili powder together in a bowl. Wrap the tator tots in bacon and then roll them around in the mixture. Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees and then at 400 degrees for an additional 5 minutes to crisp em’ up. Ingredients: 1-1/4 cups water 1/3 cup shortening 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour 4 eggs 3/4 cup finely chopped pepperoni (3 oz.) 3/4 cup finely shredded Romano or Parmesan cheese (3 oz.) 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 jar pizza sauce Preparation: Grease 2 large baking sheets and set aside. In a large saucepan combine water and shortening. Bring to a boil. Add flour all at once, stirring vigorously. Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Cool for 10 minutes. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in pepperoni, cheese, parsley, garlic powder, and pepper. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheets. Bake at 450°F for 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping
